and Tourist Guide Taxi Drivers

To become certified, you must have knowledge and skills primarily related to tourism and customer service. The certifying organisation conducts rigorous tests and training. Only drivers who can provide a high level of hospitality as well as having sufficient knowledge of Kanazawa’s tourist facilities, culture, history and so on can be certified.
We train drivers who have passed the test and are able to provide tours in foreign languages. Our certified taxi drivers will serve as guides, photographers, tour conductors, etc. whilst guiding you through the city of Kanazawa.

Is it possible to be picked up from my accommodation?
Of course - we can pick you up at your accommodation, at Kanazawa station, or another location of your choice.
Do I have to decide on a sightseeing course in advance?
If you have a location in mind, please let us know in advance. If you don’t have anything particular in mind, we’ll propose a plan for you.
I have a family member who uses a wheelchair. Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Our taxis are wheelchair accessible for the enjoyment of all. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
How is payment made?
